Subprocessors

These are the third parties that process customer data on our behalf. We keep the list short on purpose — every addition is another company holding your data.
Current subprocessors
OpenAI
Their policies ↗Analyses your website content, Search Console data and business profile to produce recommendations, drafts and chat answers.
Data shared: Page content, page metadata, search queries and positions, business profile, chat messages
Google (Search Console & Analytics APIs)
Their policies ↗Supplies your own search performance data, with your explicit authorisation, using read-only scopes.
Data shared: Search queries, impressions, clicks, positions, page URLs, organic session counts
Stripe
Their policies ↗Processes subscription payments and stores payment methods.
Data shared: Name, email, billing address, card details (held by Stripe, never by us)
Resend
Their policies ↗Delivers transactional email such as password resets and trial reminders.
Data shared: Email address, name, message content
Hosting
The application and its database run on dedicated infrastructure we control, not on a shared platform. Your website content, crawl results and conversations are stored there.
AI training
Data sent to our AI provider through their API is not used to train their models. We do not sell customer data or share it with anyone not listed on this page.
Changes
If we add a subprocessor we will update this page. If the change materially affects how your data is handled, we will tell customers by email before it takes effect. To be notified of changes, write to privacy@aiseodriver.com.
