Refund Policy

Last updated 18 August 2026

We would rather refund someone than argue with them. Here is exactly when we do it.

The trial comes first

In short: The 14-day trial needs no card. Use it to decide before any money changes hands.

Every account starts with a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card. If you do nothing when it ends, nothing is charged. That is deliberate — you should know whether the product works for you before you pay for it.

14-day refund on your first payment

If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal catches you by surprise — you meant to cancel, or you have not used the service that period — tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Beyond that we do not usually refund part-used periods, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

When we always refund

  • We charged you after you cancelled.
  • You were charged twice for the same period.
  • The service was substantially unavailable for a significant part of the period and we could not fix it.
  • A bug on our side made the product unusable for you and we could not resolve it.

When we usually do not

  • Your rankings did not improve. We do not guarantee results — search engines decide rankings, not us.
  • You did not get round to using it, beyond the windows above.
  • You breached the Terms of Service and the account was suspended.

How to ask

Email support@aiseodriver.com from the address on the account and tell us what happened. You do not need a reason for a first-payment refund inside 14 days.

We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If your local law gives you a longer cancellation or refund right, that right applies.
